Skopelos

Skopelos is the largest of the Sporades group, midway between Skiathos and Alonissos. A beautifully green, wooded island, on Skopelos almond, plum and walnut trees, olive, plane and pine flourish. The road runs the length of the island, giving easy access to the best sheltered beaches and coves.

Friday day flight Gatwick or Manchester to Skiathos. (Inbound Gatwick flight via Volos). Then 1 hour by scheduled Jetferry, Flying Cat or similar (note: there is likely to be some waiting time at the port).
